This project analyzes the Iowa liquor sales dataset to uncover trends in consumer behavior, seasonal patterns, and vendor performance. The pipeline covers data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory visualization, and time-series forecasting using SARIMA and Prophet models. Interactive dashboards built with Plotly/Dash allow stakeholders to explore sales by category, store, and geography.
